Last night Katie and Leigh met me for dinner and then we saw HAIR. They were the two costume interns in the shop this summer, so it was like a mini-reunion for us. We had a great time at the show- despite the sprinkles that came down in the middle of Act One and the rude guy infront of us who had the audacity to turn around and ask us not to talk during the show. The show hadn't even started yet. Like the BAND hadn't even STARTED. And if we were being so loud, he should have been able to figure out through our conversation that we worked on the show, which would imply that we are theatre people and are familar with, and are advocates of, proper audience behavior. He didn't even give us the obligatory evil eye before opening his trap to tell us to be quiet. How rude!

So rude!!! Where do these people come from? Just like people who don't congratulate sisters for their new car but ask why they didn't spend ten thousand more to buy a convertable. Hmmmmm, do we know anyone like that? Yes a convertible would be nice but she might have made you sit in the back, if there was one! Hopoe you had a good time last night other than the rude man.
