My friend Kay (we went to UMW together and now she lives 5 blocks north of me) went with me and she loved the show. I've seen it so many times, and was thrilled to see it again. There was a chance of thunderstorms so I was thankful it didn't actually rain during the show. But right at the end, when the cast was singing "Let the Sunshine In" it started drizling. Then it started pouring during curtain call when the audience got onstage to dance. It was perfect!
They still had the party up at Belvedere Castle which is right next to the theater and a big open, oudoor stone deck=like space. The rain stopped so it was fun, but there were so many people you couldn't go anywhere! We still had a great time and it was such a cool night to be a part of.
